I'll probably order these to my grandmas house in Lockport, NY for next time I take everything off as I won't be riding there for at least a few weeks...in the meantime, I've found the wellnuts, washers and bolts (except it's a phillips not hex) at lowes for about $15 and another few bucks for similar sized rivets, just with a different look.. I'll probably go with those for now so I can put it back together and ride...
