The ninja handled it fine, and I forgot the bags were there sometimes. Thankfully they didn't weigh much, just bulky. But yes, a bigger bike would deal with all of my issues *sigh*

The bar is a U-lock, it's attached to a U-lock carrier I bought, which is fastened to the passenger footrest bracket. I'm going to try get some photos of it this weekend and will put it up in this section.
