Nice execution. Im planning a similar build, have the ZZR frame and swinger in the shop working on some misc. things; bearings, weight reduction, etc.
The biggest thing I noticed is the swingarm with its adjusting hardware seems to weigh just as much as the frame - there are gains to be had there certainly. Did you ever confirm your 290lb estimate?
