There's nothing motorcycle-specific or brand-specific about any of this stuff.

The well nuts are M5. Google that and you'll find dozens of sources, from Amazon to ebay.

Plastic rivets exist to hold two panels together. That's it. All that matters is the diameter of the hole. It doesn't have to match the OEM piece. It doesn't even have to be a plastic push rivet at all. Use your imagination and think of what you're trying to accomplish.

Auto parts stores are a good source for the plastic bits.
