It's bad. I looked into my crystal ball, and unfortunately, your valves are melting. It's pretty much destroyed.
It's your bike, check them or don't.
I baby mine and checked mine early to find that 5 were out, but you never know till you check, and nobody can guess whether you're fine @ 8,000 mi or destroying the thing.
