If you push it and slip it into gear, and carefully do clutchless shifts, you can warm it up fully while holding the clutch lever to the bar the whole time. This will help the water-in-oil problem, and may let you break the plates free with a couple full-throttle blasts.
If they're really stuck I've had to take the clutch cover off and pry the plates apart to free them up.
