It is possible that your clutch is slipping due to poor adjustment, bad cable, wear or bad oil.

If the clutch is OK, then either the speedometer or the tachometer are giving you a false reading.

Don't worry about speed and do not speed on public roads, never !!!
It is very dangerous, for you and for others sharing the road with you.
A bike out of control at 80 mph is not a pretty experience.
