In August I bought a ninja 250 R (2008) in completly stock version & i was preparing it for track using. At first I changed oil with oil filter and replace a air filter. After that I did some needed modifications :
- tyres - dunlop d213
- clip-ons
- laminates
- adtermarket sport footrests (with reverse gears)
- new exhaust (gpr)
- swingarm rollers
- steel brake line (hel)
- brake pads (ebs sinter)

I have to change the crash pads mounting, and I really have to mount the short rollgas (throttle control) because the stock one is really long
I don't know yet how to do it, whether to use ready-made solutions (which are quite expensive) or try to do something yourself
