Could be power-consumption of horn combined with brake-lights are over power-output of alternator? Although it would seem battery's capacity should take up slack?

Measure voltage-output at horn-connector and see what it is when honking! Then apply brakes and see if that voltage drops.

Might be ground issue as well. Try running ground wire from frame instead of using triple-T and going through ball-bearings & grease.
