I got my motorcycle license in the 1980s and owned 2 Yamahas for thousands of miles without a single incident. Not even a "mild" panic stop.
Bought a 2008 Ninja and totalled it within 6 months. I think it was posessed of evil spirits. This is my second season on the 2008 Ninja I bought to replace it. It has a much nicer personality and hasn't tried to throw me off yet.
Took almost all of last season just to get over the "jitters" from the crash, but I'm really itching to rack up some miles this season.
