What was it?
After pulling apart a ninja 250 cylinder head what I said before seems pretty stupid. No water getting sucked in the carbs is going to make it into the top of the cylinder and do that.
My advice, take it to a mechanic, get the combustion chamber pressure tested or do it yourself. If thats all good it's a upper cylinder head gasket leak.
Also, check the rubber thing on the water pipe, my bike is only 2 and half years old and mines already cracked pretty bad
