So Bill has been a real pleasure to work with so far answering all my questions and giving some good advise. It only took him like 4 hours to send me an email conformation that my parts had shipped and even included a detailed DIY of the install with the same video link that Alex posted earlier. You'll notice in the picture there's an extra thermostat spring, he sent the BOB installed with the 195stat and included free of charge a 180stat for evaluation in our system. Ill be installing this tomorrow and with the help of a friend I hope to make a DIY video for those of us with 2008-2012 ninja 250s.
