I have the Sena 20S works very well and it is really clear. Bluetooth communication isn't just for communication, you can listen to music too. I don't see how anyone can use earbuds when riding, that would be annoying. Bluetooth communicators come with a nice speaker you can fit into your helmet, so you don't have to worry about wires dangling, earbuds popping out of your ear or hurting your ear from pressure of the helmet, etc.
