I also have a Sena SMH10-11R. I've never used it for a phone call, just music and GPS (though it's nice to have the phone option if needed). I love having everything permanently installed in the helmet, as it's just there and ready to go as soon as I'm wearing it. Sena is really good about firmware updates too.

I also have an Acoustic Research ARWH1. It's like some of the items linked above - basically just a BT receiver that you plug your preferred headphones into. In this situation, it wouldn't be much different from just plugging earbuds into your phone, it would just be plugged into something else inside your jacket (which is then wirelessly linked to your phone).
