I've been on the lookout for some rear turn signals that look like that (or the rear 300 signals), but despite my investigating photos of them on eBay, can't tell how they mount.

They mount a bit differently than the stock ones. The rubber fits through the hole, and a plate sandwiches it and locks it in. I have no idea what the stock rear end looks like, I've never had it, but I doubt it will work.
