Yep, that's because dyno actually only measures torque and HP is calculated using HP=TQ*RPM/5250. However, while crossover is always at 5250rpms, if the scale of HP and TQ are different, this can shift the graphs to a different crossover (optical illusion). However, in the original graph, they are on the same scale, so yeah, something's wrong.
