Just got a pair of the ER20XS off of Amazon. Tried them yesterday and this morning, they work great with my Bluetooth headset, I can hear it pretty well, but they knock down the noise of the bike and wind to a dull roar. They feel comfortable going in the ear, but when I take my helmet of it's extremely painful and then it hurts even more pulling the plugs out of my ear.
