its entirely possible you have all good components and its not working because of bad wiring or something. but until you know exactly where it stops working you'll be stuck playing guessing games. just work backwards from the problem. you know it doesn't spark so work backwards from there. is the coil getting power? is the cdi getting power? if the cdi is getting power, why isnt the cdi triggering? wrong voltage? is the pulser firing? maybe the pulser isn't aligned properly or the stator rotor is damaged? if the pulser fires and the cdi has good input voltage and none of the killswitches are stopping it and the cdi doesn't output to the coil then the cdi is definitely bad. maybe theres some kind of interference? if its wiring, ohms check from one end of the wire to the other should tell you right away. if you check the main coils and they aren't getting power, check them on the cdi side of the wiring harness as well. maybe the wiring is bad you know
