Last weekend I took the Ninja apart to give it a good clean (that didn't last long as you can see), replaced all the fairing bolts with some lovely flat black numbers, and did a repair on the front nose cone, the bike got blown over in the wind last year and left a crack in the plastic.
The final job was to fabricate a little exhaust hanger so I could remove the rear passenger footpegs. A friend of mine's dad has all sorts of goodies in his garage so we even managed to get it powder coated. Really happy with it, I think its come up really nice.
I'll throw some full pics up when it gets ANOTHER clean because its been a filthy week in the UK this week.
