How many people are going to spend $300-$400 on an aftermarket fairing for a $1,000-$1,500 bike?

Especially since any insurance company will just total an older bike that has been dropped.

Most people seem to just convert them into café racers or find used fairings from others who are parting out an old bike or turning it into a café racer.

In other words, I don't think the market is there to justify the expensive molds and production equipment. I'm guessing the plastics guys agree with me.
