Glad you are mostly alright. That is a reason why I wear knee guards under my pants every ride. Your shift lever bent out in a funny way, might be to much deflection to bend it back to normal and it stays strong as before.

yeah im getting a new one, im not even going to mess with it, and yeah I was able to ride it home, it was hard to shift up because my toe couldn't really get under the lever
