Could try putting it in a Vise, then blow torch it... just hot enuff to bend the metal back around its original spot... slowly. Reheat it up and keep working on slowly bending it back! Kinda like a Blacksmith ya see in those movies!
Then Tig weld the cracked area. Let it fully cool. Then use a grinder on the weld and smooth it out. Repaint it with some Walmart black paint, then your GTG!!
Where i work at, i can bring it into the shop and have our mechanic help me out, if i was in his shoes!
*Wear welding gloves, use a big pair of rubber handled Pliers when bending the metal back into place (not your hands).
If you just put the part in a Vise and then started bending it... it will break, like when you bend a paperclip back n forth afew times!
By all means though, heating it up with a torch and slowly bending it back, then allowing it to fully Cool, MIGHT NOT be 100% of the original strenght, but its a Start and CHEAP way to attempt to fix it.
If you did it this way, once all bolted back on, first test ride around the block so IF it breaks you dont got far to walk your bike home!
