Well the lowest and most recent lap records I can find on Road Racing World for 250s are:
High Plains Raceway: 2:08 (MRA Round 6- August 2011)
Streets of Willow (CW): 1:29:908 (WSMC- June 2010)
No idea if either have been topped since though. Oddly difficult info to find.
