I do this regularly, but it has a two big problems:
1. anticipation - you know you'll be hard braking in x seconds no matter how much you try not to
2. speed - you can't usually hit 65 in a parking lot
Obviously not poopooing the idea of practice, but I'm asking because I'm finding it insufficient
