No the other way around, the hole in the plug is too small for the wire/s. The gold plated connector is too big to fit in the harness. Like I said its wedged in there as far as I could get it and doesnt appear to be coming out, and everything is working fine, I just wanted to verify that i was just being put there to keep it out of the way as there is nothing on the other plug to connect to at that spot in the harness.

Nvm, I figured out what I was doing wrong. lol I need to read the directions better when I do this stuff. haha
