Was cleaning carbs on my 2000 EX250. I took out idle circuit screws and springs. There were no rubber O rings below the springs. I'm guessing this isn't normal and not done for any good reason and that some PO decided he couldn't be bothered.
I'm also guessing this one of the reasons the bike will not idle. I've also replaced a torn diaphragm and cleaned everything out with carb cleaner and compressed air, follow ninja250 wiki instructions.
Anyone know the size of those tiny O rings?
