Those bare wires go to ignition-module:
Look at PDF diagram at end of this post:

Look at lower-right of diagram for "ignition module" and every single one of those wires match up to your picture. Wire-colours typically change after they go through a connector. So note colour-change after it goes through connectors and fuse-box. Best bet if you find replacement connectors to repair your harness.
You'll also want to make the repair as good or better than factory, no crimp-connectors, no electrical tape. Solder and heat-shrink tubing only.
