the ninja 250 engine powerband is meant/designed to run at high rpm. why would you want to change this? i have el cheapo exhaust on both red and green and always run 9000- 12500 rpm. the engine can take it. the stock gearing ratio is not that bad. 70-80 mph around 9000-10500 rpm. just my opinion. is ya want lower revs buy something else.
