One troubleshooting technique is to restore everything back to previous condition when things were working. Put the Kleenex back .
I restore everything with the old air filter and the bike still have that problem, the "klenex" i was meaning was a piece of bath paper, i don't know if maybe y move the hose that go from the air to the carb, because before open the air filter box the screw from down i can't remove because the frame block to remove the screw :/ I already move the "idle speed screw" and the bike is stil have that problem
