INTAKE MODIFICATIONS: Air Box Removed, K&N R-0990 Pod Filter, Kleen Air System Removed.

EXHAUST MODIFICATIONS: Yoshimura TRC Slip On

JET KIT OR STOCK? Jet Kit

BRAND OF JET KIT? Factory Pro

MAIN JET: 112

PILOT JET: 40

NEEDLE AND CLIP POSITION: 2 with one washer underneath for half adjustment.

MIXTURE SCREW SETTINGS: Not sure. 2 turns out initially then fine tuned.

ELEVATION: Sea Level (Florida)

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BIKE’S JETTING SETUP:

Bike starts up a lot easier and warms up quick. Pulls hard all the way to red-line. Very smooth power delivery. Needle was originally set on 3rd clip and ran too rich. Then moved to 2nd clip and ran better but a tad to lean, had surging in mid range. Added a washer for half adjustment and runs great, surging gone. This is probably where the jetting will remain on my bike. After I get some more seat time I may tweak more.
