which is why I opted to pay for the service. I've only been inside the carb on my riding mower (it did run better afterwards, but I'm not taking it out on the road).
I have a coworker who moonlights at a bike shop and offered to "do them with me" for "just" $100, oh, and remember, bring a few cans of carb cleaner with me as well. I asked about syncing them and he gave me a puzzled look, so I just said thanks, I'll get them done elsewhere. He seemed puzzled why I would ship them to NY rather than wait 2 weeks for our schedules to coincide and end up with possibly sub-par results.
