Regardless legality or who's at-fault, 2-wheel vehicle operators are likely to suffer more severe consequences when impact occurs.
You can argue that you have the right of way.. when impact occurs.. you still have bigger chance to die.
My lesson for surviving is to avoid impact at all cost.
Blaming anyone else doesn't help yourself... nor is cursing at anyone else.
