That is a curious statement, in part because with a few exceptions, such as controlled access highways, they do have equal rights to the road. More so, because it comes from someone who rides a small, vulnerable, 2 wheeled vehicle that is frequently the recipient of that same prejudiced from drivers of larger vehicles. I am not so sure it is the cyclist that is being arrogant.
