Speaking as a lone voice that probably no one will agree with.

When I see someone with a helmet, my thoughts go along the path of Ohh motorcycle! I don't give a crap about the person riding it. I try to mentally figure out what they ride, wonder where they've been, where they're from, etc. If I do make eye contact, I'll smile and nod to acknowledge another motorcycle rider.

Course I'm also the one who flat refused the notion of finding "a cute boy with a bike so [I] could ride on the back." F#@* that, I want my own.
