Well, you can put a windshield on just about anything....

I'm loving my new-to-me 2012 Street Triple R. Great motor that sounds just awesome. If you care about better suspension get the R version. Note for carrying a passenger: 2013 and up have a low-slung exhaust. Mine has two big underseat cans.

I'd also look at the Yamaha nakeds... MT07 and 09, XSR 700 and 900.

Ducatis are.... well, Ducatis. Passion trumps practicality. Those bikes sure cost a lot for what you get.

But as I noted in your other thread, you really are describing a maxi scooter. I second the Burgman.
