No, it's the UN55ES6003. The 6000/6001 are quite thick; the 6003 and higher versions are much thinner. The difference is backlighting vs. edge lighting. The backlighting apparently allows for the sets to be a little less expensive as they need less components, but it makes the case that much thicker. Amazon was selling them a few days ago for $997 with free shipping when I pulled the trigger. Now it looks like they are back up to $1247 on Amazon, though there are other stores still selling it right around the $1K mark.
