I just got my '04 ZX6. I think the bike handles quite well. The 250 was squirrely, but that changed once I put on the clipons (very low position) and cut the hell out of the fairing so I could actually turn (the new clips ends sat about 6 inches lower than stop). That immediately cleared that up.

But yeah, the ZX6. Man, the throttle response is pure sex! So incredibly fast (rev'ing). And the sound too. I always wanted the 250 to have that kind of throttle response. So crisp and fast. Of course, the sound of a 4-line is pure sex too. It's one of the reasons why I didn't want a 650 Ninja; same old 2 cylinder engine sound.

The only problem I had so far, was today when riding over some dirt that washed onto the street. I was in first gear and accelerating. I was about 6K about to shift when I hit that patch of sand and the tire slipped and the RPM instantly hit up to 13k. Scared the **** out it me at first (thought something had happened to the bike).
