I have always liked Ninja 250s, but I have never been thrilled with all of the plastic fairing crap all over the bike. I prefer the old school naked look myself.

I just bought a much abused 2007 Ninja F-Series 250. Much of the plastic fairing pieces had been cracked or damaged by the previous young owners. I had thought about removing all of the fairing pieces and converting it to a Streetfighter/Naked style, but I didn't want to spend the money for a new instrument cluster and for a new headlight and mounting bracket.

I did like the small windshield to reduce the wind on the rider. So, I decided to go toward the old style mini fairing using the existing upper fairing piece. The top fairing piece still required a little epoxy repair in a place or two.
