Need some more details not present in your post.

1. I assume you installed LED turn signals?
2. Then you installed solid-state flasher relay to fix fast-flashing issue?
3. Then you installed diode kit to fix turn-signal indicator in cluster?

To troubleshoot, go in reverse order and remove mods until this fuse stops blowing. There's either incorrect wiring in diode kit (return it if short goes away after you remove kit), or you did something incorrect with wiring. Backing out in reverse order will find the problem.
