18x16 radial is to big, I've got a 16x18 paired with my 4 Piston R6 caliper and it seems to be the perfect balance if still a bit on the stiff side. The ninja 250 caliper is 2 piston and they're smaller then the R6 pistons and estimate the surface area of the 250 is 40% of the R6. I'd estimate a 12-13 radial piston MC is needed but good luck figuring out what bike that comes on as it's OEM because I'm not sure where else your going to find it.
