Hello all, new member from Hawaii.

Did the MSF course on Thursday and Friday last week, did some Craigslist shopping over the weekend, bought a used candy green 2012 Ninja 250r and rode it to work for the first time today.

I have never rode before last week and yep, I still need more skills to develop. On the way home I almost got hit at a four stop intersection by a soccer mom. It was my right of way and she just pulled infront of me like she didn't see me. Almost froze up and forgot the quick braking skills I've learned.

I guess it is a rite of passage to almost get hit.

Anyways, glad to be here and I know at least one member here "Gorilla25" who is also a friend on Facebook.
