Waiting til the rain stops sounds like s good idea to me. I commute via 250 and though rain and cold weather are fine by me, those are not conditions that I would consider enjoyable for a cruise. Also if others feel that a get-together before a ride would be best I'm down. Maybe this rainy period would be perfect for such a meeting.
