Posts: A lot.
Here's a question that occurred to me while I was putting a post on your other current forum thread.

The setup:
I was wondering about the odd idle increase condition you described in the original post on this thread. While I have never heard of an EX250's carbs reacting to being leaned over on the side stand, I have heard of EX250s having idle-up issues when the handlebars are turned all the way to one direction due to an over-tight throttle cable.

The question:
Is it possible that you're turning the handlebars all the way to one side when you put the bike on its side stand?

Just a thought (because in this scenario the bike is running only on the idle fuel circuit of its Keihin carbs and that fuel pathway really shouldn't be or maybe even can't be affected by the few degrees of tilt that the sidestand induces).

It would be interesting to get an opinion on this theory from Gordon, @ducatiman, our resident expert on the EX250's Keihin CVK30 carbs.
