Pretty late to the party but I was curious how you went about fabricating your aluminum sheets.. any particular tools?? Are they all 1/16" thick? all the ones near me at like lowes are so thin. Also did you end up keeping the original rear fender? I'm having alot of issues trying to replicate what you did with the fender extender.. would this work similarly? (except removing the light)
