Let's see if I can figure out the parts by looking at pictures.
  • Plug & Play Kit for RX2N – Ninja 250 (Carburetor) <--- Should Get this
    Correct

  • Adapter Board – for RX-2N Gauge – Ninja 250 <--- Must get this
It's not a "must" but makes things so much easier.

  • Plug & Play Kit for RX2N – Ninja 250 (Injection) <--- Not for my bike
    Correct

  • Speed Sensor Bracket – “L” Type <--- Don't Need if I get the PNP Kit
    Correct

  • Oil Drain Plug Adapter <--- In the PNP Kit
    Correct

  • Temperature Sensor (0-250°C) (32-482°F) – White JST Connecter <-- Not Sure
Based on the picture, this is the same as the oil plug adapter and sensor. I broke my original sensor and bought this as a replacement.

  • Speed Signal Converter D – White JST Connecter <--- In the PNP Kit?
Based on the picture, no. I don't recall getting this replacement speedo cable.

  • Speed Signal Converter C – White JST Connecter <--- In the PNP Kit?
Correct. This is the part that connects the existing speedo cable to the Koso.

  • Water Hose Adapter (Sensor Not Included) <--- In the PNP Kit
    Correct

  • Water temperature sensor adaptor <--- Not sure
Er, looks like the same as above but with the sensor.

  • Hexagone Magnet Screw <--- In the PNP Kit
I don't recall this part. If included, not needed.

  • Cylinder head temperature sensor 0-250C (32-482F) (with JST water-proof connector) <-- Not Sure
Me neither, another part I don't recognize. This looks like it goes on/under the spark plug.

The brass sensors for the oil and water that go into the blue adaptors are both the same. They both came in my kit, but am not finding them listed on the site.

The Koso box comes with all the bits needed to install it. The plug and play kit and adapter board, as far as I know are additional purchases.

Clear as mud?
