in CMRA they are quickly becoming the most popular bike. So many 400s on the grid in various classes. Interestingly last race we had a local young gun (Mikey Sanchez if you are familiar - fast kid) enter F2 novice / 300 superbike expert on a NSF250. F2N got released on the 2nd wave a few seconds after the 300 SBKE and he ran down everyone and won the race. He would pull back 10 bike lengths or more on the straights due to his corner speed exit and the power to weight of that bike. For reference he went nearly 2 sec a lap quicker than the fastest expert 300 superbike r3 and faster than all but 1 400 SBKE.
