I would recommend OEM for a street bike. You can order the parts/panels from any dealer who sells OEM parts. They come prepainted and you include the color when you place the order for the parts.
My suggestion is to try to find them used on eBay as they are quite pricey new from the dealer. Perhaps others will add to this thread with suggestions of the best/cheapest places to get new, OEM parts, or you could try doing a search as I have seen some suggestions on places to get parts from.
