If you can pull the carbs yourself, I would send them to ducatiman and have him go through and adjust them. Chances are there's something not right inside.
I'd find a snorkel and install it also. There's no real benefit to removing it, and it can mess with the fueling.
I'm not a fan of the Dynojet kit, as they use their own jet numbering system, and I don't think it's necessary for an almost-stock Ninja.
Not sure how others feel about the K&N filter, but again, not a big fan. It flows more air - but filters worse.
