Not sure If it will work on the 300 (not sure why it wouldn't either) but I used dog bones from a ninja 500. Worked like a charm, height was perfect and the price was good too.
If you go that route you will need to shim the ninja 500 dog bones with some washers/nuts on each side so they will clear the base of the gsxr 600 shock.
