Thanks, Gordon. I just finished getting the carbs on and the bike back together, re-synched, gassed up, will test ride in the morning. Along the way, I replaced the air filter element (old one was decaying) and went for a new petcock (the filter mesh was pulled away from the feed pipes). Oh, yeah, set the valve clearances (they were all on the tight side), new spark plugs, etc. Other upgrades and updates, but I'll wait til I get it running right before telling the whole tale.
